How to combine PDFs with alphaPDF
- Install alphaPDF from the Chrome Web Store and open its workspace.
- Add the PDFs you want to combine to Documents. Choose Combine files from the PDF tools.
- Select at least two documents and arrange the selected files in the order you want them to appear.
- Run the merge, review the result’s page order, and download the combined PDF. Keep your source files if you may need to rebuild it.
Check the order before you send it
A merged document follows the file order you choose. Check cover pages, appendices and page orientation in the result. If only some pages are needed, split or organise a source PDF first. If you have an annotation draft, create an annotated copy and merge that copy so the saved marks are included.
Local processing for document bundles
The PDFs are processed on your device. There is no document upload to alphaPDF’s servers and no alphaPDF account is required for Free. Combining large scans still uses your computer’s memory; smaller batches may work better on a modest device.
