Refund Policy
How to request a refund
Email marc@maskia.co within 30 days of the initial charge, writing from the purchase email address. Include the Stripe or Link receipt number if available. Link, Stripe's merchant of record, provides transaction support and returns approved refunds to the original payment method.
Consumer rights
The voluntary guarantee is in addition to any stronger refund, cancellation or digital-content rights required by applicable law.
Effect of a refund
A full refund ends the corresponding paid entitlement. Pro features will be deactivated, but documents stored locally in Chrome remain under your control.
Abuse and chargebacks
We may decline requests involving fraud or repeated refund abuse where permitted by law. If something is wrong, contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
